Swiss precision for laboratories and the medical industry

Gear Pump Optima Series

Diener Precision Pumps, the Swiss quality manufacturer of gear and piston pumps, is presenting its innovative products at the Compamed trade fair in Düsseldorf from 16 – 19 November 2015. Compamed covers the entire medical technology value chain together with MEDICA 2015, the world’s largest medical fair.

Trade visitors can explore the world of Diener Precision Pumps at stand D06 in hall 08a. Diener Precision Pumps engineers work with customers‘ design teams to develop gear and piston pumps that meet specific requirements. All products are tailored exactly to each customer’s application. Diener Precision Pumps provides solutions for all precise fluid control needs. The company also has a long experience in the processing and use of associated fluidic materials, which is a great advantage when it comes to medical and laboratory applications.

Custom-made with efficiency
Diener Precision Pumps come in a range of basic series, providing an efficient basis for customization. Gear pump products range from the quiet and convenient Silencer series to the robust Extreme series pumps, with the Mini series and space-saving Optima series rounding off the product portfolio. Our piston pumps are based on the Precision series and feature abrasion-proof ceramic pistons and cylinders that enable a long life span and avoid maintenance time and cost. The pumps come in a simple version with stepper motor or as a double-ended, dual dispensing piston pump, which can handle two different fluids with different stroke volumes, allowing fixed mixing ratio“s to be achieved.

Custom development for medical devices and laboratory applications
The pumps are developed specifically for each customer at the Diener Precision Pumps innovation centre in Lodi, USA. They are manufactured to top Swiss quality standards in Embrach near Zurich. The company supports customers all the way from development to series production of the customised pumps. Diener Precision Pumps is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified and has an ISO Class 7 clean room. This makes it the ideal partner for producers of medical equipment and laboratory applications.

„We are delighted to be presenting our innovative products to the experts at Compamed again in 2015. Gear and piston pumps from Diener Precision Pumps enable original equipment manufacturers to build precise fluid control technology into their products. The pumps offer adjustable flow rates, are simple to clean and are made using inert materials. All our pumps are tailor-made to each customer’s requirements,“ said John Bishop, Head of Sales and Marketing, looking forward to Diener Precision Pumps‘ attendance at this year’s Compamed.

Pumps for demanding applications
The company’s gear pumps are made of chemically resistant materials and suited to high cleaning temperatures as well as chemical cleaning or a combination of both. The pumps‘ design deliberately avoids hard-to-reach corners, ensuring quick rinsing and cleaning. The delivery quantity of the piston pumps can be set during installation or testing. They ensure maximum repeatable accuracy with minimum programming complexity.
